No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer any refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges Only: You can exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value. If exchange item is of greater value, the customer will be liable for cost difference.
Exchange and Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
Timeframe: Items can be exchanged within 3 working days from the date of receiving the item.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Important to Note: Minor colour and design differences in the products seen in the images on the website or social media are not eligible for a refund.
Steps for Exchange or Replacement:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 24hrs of receiving your order,  mangalison908@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 745899668
Step 2: Provide your order number, full names & surname, receipt or proof of payment the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Step 3: Follow the instructions given by our team on how to send the item back to us.

Return of item options:
Option 1: Courier Service:
Use your preferred courier and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
We’re unable to accept returns after 7 working days after receipt, anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.
Return Courier Fees: Customer covers return shipping costs.
Processing Time: We will process your exchange or replacement within 5 -7 working days after receiving the item
Option 2: Customer In-store Self Return  

Exchange Process: Present the item along with the original receipt to our in-store staff.
Selection: Choose a new item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.
The customer will be required to accept all charges for return. The returned item will be accepted as long as it is in the same condition in which it was received.
Exchange Options:
Equal or Greater Value: You may exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.
Out of Stock: If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative item or receive a store credit for future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
Important to note :

The returned item will be accepted if it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by the customer. Items must not be worn, damaged, stained or altered.
Products cannot be returned after 3 days  of receiving it, If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, such as a damaged piece, you can replace or exchange it for a full replacement or another product. If we are unable to provide you with the identical model again, we will issue you store credit that you may use at any time in the future.
If the client wishes to exchange the item they received for another of the same type (due to problems in the original item), they can do so using the same procedure as described above for a return.
